Salt caves are mostly famous for their unique climate, which is characterized with high bacteriological purity, with strong micro and macro elements that are saturated with the negatively ionized air of humidity between 50 – 70% and the temperature around 20 – 23 degrees Celsius.
This climate is comparable with the climate on offshore during severe storms, as the air is equally saturated as in our cave.

However, the negative ionization is not the only important aspect of the saturated air for humans, as the air is “oversaturated” with iodine compounds, calcium, magnesium, bromine and many other compounds that are inevitable for the precise functioning of the human body. These factors have positive effects on mood, body’s self-defense and health for both adults and children.

The relaxation treatment is accompanied with a pleasant music and lighting in the course of 45 minutes on the comfortable positioned deckchairs, which contribute to the overall relaxation.
Moreover, comfortable clothes are sufficient for the visit in the salt cave, one has to only cover their shoes with disposable sanitary pads and sit down on the positioning deckchairs.

The entrance to the salt cave is open to everyone –to small children accompanied with their parents as well as to seniors. An hour of your time spend in our salt cave, which consists of Dead Sea’s salt is by many specialists equated to two or even three days spent by the seaside.

The microelements that contain minerals and trace elements are necessary for the proper functioning of the human body are present in the salt cave’s air, which is inhaled during one’s stay. The microclimate’s favourable influences affect a variety of illnesses ranging from respiratory diseases (asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema), insufficient functioning of the thyroid gland, heart and circulatory diseases, high blood pressure, dermatological diseases (psoriasis, chronic skin inflammation, allergy) to malfunction of the nerve system (depression, stress, anxiety, fatigue).

So why is the visit in the salt cave so beneficial? As it was already mentioned, it is due to the environment that is negatively ionized and saturated with minerals and trace elements. In today’s world, our body is usually exposed to positively charged ions that come from the television, computer and other technical devices. Because stress is the initiation of any health problems, these kinds of problems can be avoided with regular visits in the salt cave, where the body is recharged with the negatively charged ions and where at the same time, one feels more relaxed.

The salt cave can be found in building “E”. However, the visit needs to be reserved at the reception, as it is also where your apartment’s key will be activated for the entrance into the salt cave.
