Reservation for 1 – 2 nights
This reservation can be cancelled at no cost at the very latest by 6 p.m. 48 hours prior to actual arrival.
Cancellation of the reservation in part or in full within 48 hours prior to actual arrival is amounting to
a cost of 100% of the first night.

Reservation for 3 – 4 nights
This reservation can be cancelled at no cost at the very latest by 6 p.m. 7 days prior to actual arrival.
Cancellation of the reservation in part or in full within 7 days prior to actual arrival is amounting to a cost
of 30% of the entire stay.

Reservation for 5 and more nights
This reservation can be cancelled at no cost at the very latest by 6 p.m. 4 weeks prior to actual arrival.
Cancellation of the reservation in part or in full within 4 weeks prior to actual arrival is amounting to a cost
of 50% of the entire stay.
For every such a reservation the deposit amounting to a cost of 50% of the entire stay must be pre-payed
at latest by 4 weeks prior to actual arrival.

Reservation for 3 and more apartments
This reservation can be cancelled at no cost at the very latest by 6 p.m. 4 weeks prior to actual arrival.
Cancellation of the reservation in part or in full within 4 weeks prior to actual arrival is amounting to a cost
of 50% of the entire stay.
For every such a reservation the deposit amounting to a cost of 50% of the entire stay must be pre-payed
at latest by 4 weeks prior to actual arrival.
